Aus diesen Aufgabenstellungen k\u00f6nnen sich Entscheidungsfindungen entwickeln, die f\u00fcr die Mitarbeitenden zu einschneidenden Ver\u00e4nderungen wie z.B. Entlassungen f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.
